There is a problem with this windows installer package. A dll required for this install to complete

I found a fix by making folder "Temp" in C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local security setting for "everyone" allowed for all actions

it also fixed updating problem with firefox!

I don't know if this make a security vulnerability but I didn't tried this http://www.java.com/en/download/help/error_1723.xml after the above method works
